Unrealistic turn times?

Granted, these are small planes, but 0.03-0.06 turn times for some of these planes seem very unrealistic.

For the math-impaired... 0.03-0.06 turn times equate to 1m48s to 3m36s.

Does that mean they throw the passengers and luggage out the door as soon as they land?  :D

How were these numbers calculated in the first place?

ive had loaded biz jets come in , literally spending no more than 5 minutes parked unloading baggage and pax. and then depart.....if they need fuel, add about 15 minutes to it....

airliners though, i cant say as i dont work with them....
