This is a very serious issue, as it allows people to create more flights than possible with a plane (thus, have a much higher DOP than possible).

For example, someone in ATL has 9 0.5 flights to ORD and 7 0.5 flights to DFW.

My plane says it has 65 hours. Nonetheless, I stopped because I knew I was close to my 24 hours. After doing some calculations, looks like I have just a little bit less than an hour left on my plane.

it appears the older the aircraft gets the more hours it has to fly

My Airline (3799) seems to have a DC-3 that will not get reductions in how many hours it flies. It seems to be stuck at 20 hours, I know this because I added a route to Prague, it was at 20, I added a 3x to Slovakia, still at 20. I guess some airlines have a bug in which their planes have the hours (frozen), and they're expoiting it. I should not fit any more flights, I won't be able to afford it anyways.

I am also wondering. If the hours do get fixed. Will those who exploited the bug have the routes shut down? Or will they still have them open. Might create a tad of an unfair advantage if it dosn't happen.

Ok, mine haven't acted like you guys say, it's at 1 hour and has been like that for a long while, and it never reported over 24h. Still think I got a lot of flights out of one frame though.

Looks like hours are really frozen, I added a 3x route and seems like it's still at 20 hours. So it looks like those flying like 20 600nm routes are probebly exploiting a bug, They're probebly not aware of it, but they are.

Most routes will have to be deleted, because otherwise the aircraft can't be reset. When you come across a bugged airplane, the best thing to do is to not create routes on it until it's fixed.

Come on... If you know about it, at least play fair and don't abuse it.
