Missing Aircraft Transactions

I just completed the following transactions, received the confirmation page, but they aircraft are not showing up on my list.  Unfortunately, I did not record the a/c number on the lease transaction.

I purchased a Saab 2000.
I leased a 737-300ER.

The charge for the Saab 2000 does not show up in my financials.  The lease transaction won't show until the end of the month.

Same here- I sold an ATR and haven't received any credit from the sale.  The details that were sent to me are:

Subject:     Aircraft Sold
Message:    The following aircraft has been bought from you by Boxxx Air:
#97681 - ATR-72-500 at a price of € 10,700,000.
