What do you do when you see someone abusing routes?

I saw an airline abusing .5s on a route with three .5s so I sent him an email saying doing multiple .5 routes is illegal.

He sent me a message back saying he didn't know and thanks for telling him.

It's been 2 days and the routes I saw are not gone and I just noticed another route with SIX .5 flights from this guy's airline.

In that case, he probably ignored you, which is not really unexpected I guess. Daniel will eventually get to that ID :)
