According to historic data there should be some. What will we see in the game?

The price of aircraft was heavily dependant on speed. Basically it goes along the lines of:

Slow = prop = cheap
Fast = jet = dear.

Thats about it!

I didn't have the BAe146-200/100 in data that was given to me, will do it myself after these bloody exams. :(

Both Fokker 50 and ATR-42 are turboprops and are of the similar size.

Speeds:
ATR-42-320 - Same as ATR-42-300 except max cruising speed 498km/h (269kt).
F-50 Typical cruising speed 526km/h (284kt).

Range:
ATR-42 - Range with max fuel and reserves at max cruising speed 4480km (2420nm), or 5040km (2720nm) at economical cruising speed.
F-50 Range with 50 passengers and reserves at high speed cruise 2033km (1097nm), or 3017km (1628nm) for high gross weight option at long range cruise.

Capacity:
ATR-42 Maximum passenger accommodation for 50, 48 or 46 at 76cm (30in) pitch and four abreast.
F-50  Standard seating for 50 at four abreast and 81cm (32in) pitch. Max high density seating for 58.

Being bigger airplane by 8 seats F-50 should be more expensive.

The ATR can fly further, and that should count as well.

What's strange, is that a B752 with PW engines costs 15m less, but still can fly 200nm longer than with RR engines. Is this a brand issue?:)

Oh wonderful.  :lol:

Right, I'm finished my next exam until Friday, I'll get cracking tonight on the costs. Expect low cost aircraft to go UP.

Thats why every time I refresh the forum index there are more new posts! My ISP hasn't fixed the databases yet... Very strange, they are usually faster than this.

Though the A320-100 didn't last very long, so the -200 will be here soon.
