Mooooooved to General Game Chat

It's a normal part of the game. You just have to deal with it.

(Note; Stephen, maybe it'd be an idea to rename them to General non-game chat & General Game Chat)

The problem is, as the game's so far advanced, there'll be a lot of other airlines on routes.

The next reset though, is in 28 (or so) real days, so I'd suggest to stick it out.

What is the definition of fair??

You can do something but other players can't?

It seems perfectly fair to me as in you and the other player have equal chance to develop your routes, using the resources you have. You have equal opportunity to do everything the others do. If it is a matter of cash, it is just because you don't have enough cash yet, not because you are forbidden to do that thing. So, it is fair.

And you know what is not fair? When people play the game fair and got complained about it.

I guess the thing is you guys focus on "new players", which in itself is a bias. Fair does not necessarily equal to playable or sustainable. You guys are looking at how new players could do well (with help, by putting down existing players), not whether it is fair.

Neither the world or life are fair, but then again if it was it would be a pretty boring existance we would all have.

The reason TEVA South is making the cheap routes is because they want you off their turf.  They have a lot more money than you do, so I reccomend doing as they wish.

Find a nice little airport where no other airlines have created a base.  It'll have to be a very small airport (around 1 million passengers), but if you create a base there and fly routes that nobody else is flying you should be able to survive.

This sort of behavior happens in real life.  Look what United Airlines did to Independence Air at Dulles.

I agree with max on this one.  Do you really think that an airline like TEVA should just sit around and watch all his profitable routes crash just so new players can have some money.  I know how TEVA feels because I was forced to go after another airline that tried to attack my small hub with cheap routes.  In addition, I have experienced the TEVA wrath and managed to find a way around it, so instead of complaining take Max's advice and work towards winning and do less complaining then maybe you could build up you airline.  This stuff really happens take a look at the Hawaiian price war with their 3 carriers.

The above will work the best for small airlines. Don´t, just don´t, hub a large airport with 4 or more rich, established airlines, because they will take you out. Go to the smaller airports and you might have to start a bit slower, but you will also be in less danger of choking. Good advice.
