As far as I recall, it was a joke from back in the early days. Seeing as you can see it as available in your year, it is clearly an error. Which world is it?
You should be able to find some old threads on the forum if you search ;)

I think I did some random clicking and found myself in this glitch where you can access the aircraft menu from view world when viewing a world. Don't really know how I got there but came across this and had to screenshot this  :lol:
