Unable to edit a flight

I am unable to edit my flights (any). Here is the message a received:

Hi there,

I tried to take a look but it appears you may have cancelled the route? This error can occur sometimes if you swap out a route or cancel a route that is required for the aircraft to flow through all of the routes you want it to fly. If you are still having the issue let us know the route id and we will take another look.
