Does anyone know where one can find decent templates for some of the more popular Vintage aircraft like:

DC-3/4/6/7s' and the DC-8's
Lockheed Constellations
Convair 240/340/440's etc.
Boeing 707/727

You know all those from the 40's up to the late 60's

Also does anyone know of a JS41 and SAAB340 templates anywhere?

A quick google with these keywords will often yield results if you scroll down a bit:

Line drawing [aircraft name]
Three way drawing [aircraft name]
Template [aircraft name]
Drawing [aircraft name]

I found this DC-3 with just one google:

Good luck with your search!

Oh my greatness thanks Air Nostrum. Actually Google rather disappointed me. I'm starting to wonder If we here in South Africa are getting different search results than the rest of the world. As if we're being blocked. Anyhow thanks so much for those! Saves me a lot of effort. I since found a way to trace templates of photographs from anything properly photographed from the side. So not having to trace these are a godsend.
