Going Forward Airlines (GFA) has bought an aircraft, a Shorts 360-100, that was once leased to GFA from Delta Air Transport (SN) after negotiations into the price of the aircraft for $800,000 but unfortunately, aircrafts are only allowed to sell with 50% minimum. Delta Air Transport is then forced to sell its aircraft for an estimate of $1.2 mil and Going Forward Airlines accepted the payment.

Going Forward Airlines (GFA) is expected to receive two new Boeing 767-300ERs, ordered from Boeing, in around end of October or early November. The news statement was released months after the airline ordered the two new 767s. CEO of GFA said during a press conference, "The Airline News Release Department of Going Forward Airlines have not released the news that the airline has ordered two newly-ordered Boeing 767-300ERs and is about to receive them in around end of October or probably early November due to some technical problems that prorogue and also that arise within the department itself."

He also added that, "On behalf of Going Forward Airlines and its staff and Going Forward Airlines' Airline News Release Department, we are very sorry especially to airline investors and even passengers that we have released this news in a short notice and we promise to try our best in maintaining work efficiency to our services.
