Fast when compared to similar aircraft, or fast compared to all airliners and such? 400 knots can be considered fast for turboprops :D

Don't think it ever entered service, would say it looks like a Bleriot 125, but, I can't remember the front end looking like that, and I can't see the 2nd prop/engine on the back of the 1st.
