It's a Boeing 720B flying for Pratt & Whitney testing different engines, including this one. It was scrapped around 5-10 years ago, if I remember right

I didn't realize that this picture was from a flight simulator until I posted it :P. Do you think it is FSX? I have X-PLane, and the graphics are somewhat pixelated. This one is convincingly realistic.
