Looks like an AHRLAC made in South Africa! I've never thought that some country in Africa would ever build a plane.

The South Africans have mastered the technique of building 1st class aircraft long ago. They were set back in 1994 though, but the white population has begun starting private companies instead of state owned companies, so they are catching up again.

No, this one was more succeful than Be-4. Around 700 were built for Aeroflot and Soviet army.
