Yes it's a 707, this one was the test bed for the CFM-56.

Actually, a 707-700 ;) Nobody wanted it, apart from the USAF, RAF, FAF, TAF, RSAF and RSAF...

Possibly a Steen Skybolt? Haven't seen any of those with a fully enclosed cockpit though.

I wouldn't think it is any F-##. If you look closely, there is a red star on the wing. That is the Soviet/Russian army sign ;)
