The only racer I know is the Extra 300 from FSX

It's the Grumman F8F Bearcat - originally a fighter plane, modified for air races.

Sorry for the delay, I'm not actually used to guessing it right!

So here's the next one...

Your random guess is absolutely correct.

F-15E "Strike Eagle" - US Air Force

Thrust : 25,000 - 29,000 lbs each engine
Speed: 1,875 mph (around Mach 2,5)
Manufacturer: McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing)
Crew: 2

Up to you, Matias!

The intake looked familiar, but I don't know many military aircraft. That was a lucky one, I guess!

Here's my challenge: Not the big aircraft, but the smaller one inside (bonus points if you get both right though)

A wild guess - Antonov An-124 loading a Tupolev Tu-204?

I think that airframe in your picture is actually the very first prototype of the Tu- 204 Matias!

Here is the next picture:

French racer? Or British? Or is it not a racer?

Not exactly a racer - it seems to have been disappointing in speed as well :D

Hint: you would not expect it to have connections with a major WWII fighter.

That single blade propeller is throwing me for a loop.

Is it an older fighter that only saw combat in the initial stages of the war?
