Public world hub limits

I know the settings for public worlds are always randomly generated, which I'm certainly not complaining about since I like the variety, but is the hub limit always 7 with 1 foreign hub? Would it be possible for there to be a public world every now and then with higher limits, within reason? Obviously a public world with unlimited hubs is unreasonable but something higher than just 7/1 would be nice.

Trust me on this one. That is enough "limit" for hubs. Even three or four could be overkill. It's hard to maintain every single route unless you play AM 24/7, but you could always try a different combination so that you have a better balance.
