I am having an 'internal' debate here  . With my airline: Global Express , I am having trouble deciding what do. Should I start a new hub, or should I max. out all airports within 1500 nm of my current hubs?

Normally I would say more routes, but after seeing how many gates you have at each airport, I think I'll say you should make a new base, although maxing out the 1500nm range wouldn't be bad either. Another suggestion would be to replace old aircraft if you haven't already.

I started replacing my A320s a few days ago. I haven't replaced the ATRs at all though (Age: 4.5)

I'd say to all 25k+ airports within 1500nm with relatively small aircraft. Since you're in 1995 I'd go for BAE-146-100's. They're great value with 90-something pax. Just under 100 so you max out your flight attendants + they're pretty fuel efficient :D Since you're at very popular bases (ATL & ORD) I'd stay out of 10mln pax+ airports. Or, if you don't mind, fly to all and adjust your route prices every single day :P *sighs frustrated* Why didn't you go for Denver instead of LAX by the way? :) It would concentrate your operations nicely in the middle of the US ;) LAX, Vegas and San Francisco would be a nice investment later on.

I have some more plans of hubs, but right now, i am kinda inactive in AM :P

P.S. I kicked the competition out of LAX and JFK :P :P They gave up :P :P :P THere isn't a lot of competition....
