Zero. The option to activate it is on the Admin page.

Are you trying to use it with the Free or Paid tokens link? Wait till you have 1 free token and then try the free link again. If you have tokens already then its a bit of a strange one!

I implemented the Improved OCP option using the tokens method as its a much easier to maintain as I standardise some of the features.
