I'm looking for a good plane that is capable of doing PEK-CGK, PEK being my base. The year is 2004. I want fleet commonality in my airline, so I wouldn't mind a new plane, but the Asian ops will be mostly that plane then.

Go with the A319 and buy whatever variant you need there it the long range one with 4200nm and the short range one with 2000nm.

If you want Russian planes, yes. But the best plane of all would be the A319. PEK is really big, right? Maybe even the A320.

Otherwise, if you have Boeing in your fleet, you can choose a B737NG - -700 is equal to A319, -800 is equal to A320. Just bear in mind that Boeing is a little bit more expensive than Airbus.

The 737s lack the range, so it'll be the A320 or the A319, I'm not sure yet.

its  best 2 do it with a a319 or the tu suggested above.
The larger planes are such a waste of money for routes below 2500 nm and also flying a plane to routes <1000 nm is more profitable.
Ive managed to get 659,878 out of a a319 doing this. it wud nva b possible with a larger aircraft due to high turn around times n lower fares.

You might want to do a grammar and spelling check there, mate ;)

I think A318, A319 and A320 are the best!
