There are no cargo planes available in Airline Mogul at the current time so you can't really have cargo flights, even on board passenger airliners.

Change them. It adds a little extra profit = €€€€€
I charge €10 for food, €5 for non-alcoholic drinks and snacks and free alcohol.

I thought the best price was EUR 24,- for everything It's quite ridiculous actually. EUR 24,- for a drink or something to eat. That must be one hell of a meal for that kind of money...

You don't see your income through meals/drinks in your DOC. You'll see it in "Reports" -> "Finance". Your "Misc Revenue (Daily)" will increase when you change prices from EUR 5,- to EUR 24,- (or EUR 23,- if 1993matias is right  ).
