First off don't run multi frequencies. Create more routes to airports that are really close to London so you can get the most out of you aircraft. Hopefully this make money for you.

i mean that in the frequency tab, only put the number 1, not .5, or 2.

If you don't have gate search premuim then i recommend you to get it. It costs 60 free tokens or 10 paid tokens.

here is how:

http://stephenm.org/smfforum/index.php?topic=11975.0

Making a profit in Gate Search Premuim is easier than pie.

First, enable OCP, if you havn't done so.

On the:

Passengers tab, leave it no minumum and no maximum

On the distance tab, put max distance 500NM

Leave the continent tab blank

On the order results by tab, put DistanceAscending

Leave the rest alone...

Hit the search button.

Click OCP on the first result and hit create route

..Do this till you run out of cash or run out of hours on your aircraft.

Hint; Next time, dont start iin a highcompetition airport
Sincerely, Mastafa

Like Mastafa said, but if you're in a high competition airport like Heathrow, set the max passengers on 1.000.000 in the passenger tab. Seriously, very few airlines fly to the little ones. They all fly at those premium hubs, eating each others load/profit etc. But you make almost as much on those little ones as you do on the big ones. At least you don't got as much competition on those routes, you pay a lot less gate rental fees and it saves you A LOT route price changes = triple win.

I would do what you said by every time i press create route it says route error. And anyway i thought you have to rent gates before you create routes. If you have to do this i don't have enough money.

Yes, you have to rent (OCP) a gate before you're able to create a route. And you can go in debt by renting gates so you don't have to worry about not being able to rent gates ;)

Modify: I took a look at your airline and if I were you I would stop flying the route you're flying right now. Fly <200nm first so you got like 5 (or more :P) routes on that airplane making your doc +/- 70.000. That would be a good start :)

Creating routes:
1. Rent a gate at your destination airport.
2. Make sure you have at least one slot free at your departure airport (In this case Heathrow)
3. Click 'operations' then 'create route'.
4. Select your departure and destination airport.
5. Select your aircraft.
6. Choose some high price, and set frequency to 1.
7. Adjust the price to get a loadfactor of 98-100% by pressing 'update results'.
8. Click 'create route'.

Gates:
As Jayceon says, you can rent gates even if it puts you in red. The only way you can loos is to be inactive for three weeks. You can't go bankrupt.

How to rent gates with one click - OCP (One Click Purchase):
Go to the admin panel. At your right it says Imroved OCP - disabled. Click on 'disabled' - now, whenever you press on OCP to rent a gate, the button (OCP) turns green and says 'Done'.

For more information, read on the wiki (links below).

Another good feature, which helps you understand the game is the in-game manual. To enable it go to 'Admin'. Scroll a little bit down, and at your left click 'enable in-game manual'. This will show a box with advise on each page in the game.

You can disabling it by doing the same.

Finally, a question:
What year are you in?

To clarify, with frequencies the optimal number is in fact 0.5, not 1. You make the most money with the lowest possible frequency. The reason most people will say to use a frequency of 1 is that you are limited in the number of 0.5 frequencies you can do, unless you do a very good job of schedulng your aircraft between your different bases
