Cannot create a new base
My original base is Moscow Sheremetyevo
I cannot create a new base at Oulu.. :cry: :cry:

You'd need to rent at least 4 gates at Oulu first. Then go to "gates">"rent gates">"create base" and select Oulu. If you have enough money, you should be able to do it.

Still cannot, I have money, i have gates, but still not find the airport in the 'Create Base' page

Should be able to create the base now, for some reason your continent was set to Asia.
