How to I Become an Official Broker?

I would like to learn how I could become and official broker in a private world (PW#1712). If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.

They select form the active persons, and only a few every year.

But soon there will be a change in the system, with a 'broker package' available so you can be a broker, the question is how soon is 'soon'...

Do you know how they select new brokers? Do you have to ask to be looked at to be a broker? If you do does anyone know where I could ask to be a broker. And should I email a certain airline mogul staff member?
