Hello, I have a medium sized airline and recently agreed to purchase 3 new A319's and lease them to a smaller airline. As this is my first time leasing, what is a good price per aircraft? We agreed on a 4 year lease. Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated.

Depends on the engine variant of the aircraft. Short range should be about 4.75 mil  to 5.25 mil per plane per month. Long range would be about 6.0 mil to 6.25 mil per plane per month. You need to ask the smaller airline to see whether he/she could afford the planes at those rate.

Do you pay the maintenance on the plane while you lease it?

Yes, when you lease a plane to someone, you still pay the maintenance.

There are 3 types of leasing;
-Wet Lease: the company leases out the plane with crew, insurance, maintanance, etc and the other company pays for all the costs. Sometimes called ACMI.
-Dry Lease: the company leases out just the aircraft with no extras. The other company pays for everything.
Damp Lease: the company leases out the aircraft but pays for somethings. The other company pays the rest. This the type of leasing used in the game.
