I know this is an old post, but I get the same error when trying to access these forums from my home internet connection. I was able to access at work (which I really don't want to do, because work is for, you know, work), and am now borrowing a neighbor's unsecured wireless internet connection. However, when I try accessing from my home connection, I get that message.
Any ideas? My home internet connection doesn't have any abnormal firewalls or filters set to it. I tried on two different computers, using both Firefox and IE. No luck.
