[Fixed] Flash-based route map displays Mexico cities incorrectly

Torreon (TRC) is located in northern Mexico.

(I also think the positioning of Monterrey (MTY) and Ciudad Victoria (CVM) is a little off) --

Actually, never mind about MTY and CVM, looking at it again they are correct. But Torreon is clearly mis-placed.
