As far as I can see, you'll have to have at least a hub in Vnukovo and Irkutsk. But still the routing you suggested is impossible because you can't have more than two 0.5 routes per hub. That doesn't mean that you only can have two 0.5 routes per aircraft (
http://stephenm.org/smfforum/index.php?topic=11130.0). The solution would be making at least two routes from Vnukovo 1.0 routes.
