Loadfactor Bug (#2)

Type: Loadfactor
Description:
When there is a route with two flights and the loadfactor on one is already reduced, closing the route with the higher loadfactor does not increase the loadfactor of the remaining flight (the original).
Example (these aren't real routes):
Route ID / Routing / Load
10 / JFK to ORD / 100%
Adding a second flight:
10 / JFK to ORD / 46%
11 / JFK to ORD / 100%
And then removing the second flight:
10 / JFK to ORD / 46%

While it looks to me like it should be working, there's quite evidently a chance it isn't.  Annoyingly, some bugs just don't jump up and down and scream "Fix me! Fix me!".  I can't properly do the tinkering & research into how it's actually behaving until Sunday evening/Monday.
