If they are paid tokens, quite easily, just email  Not possible with free tokens however.

I compleatly understand about not wanting to join if the fee is that high.

How about doing it in 2 halfs? Ie: Test of time 1 - 1919-1964, then Test of time 2 - 1964-2009, or ferther if by then it lets us. That reduces the cost to 388 tokens to set up test of time 1.
I know it does mean that the playing airlines get destroyed 1/2 way through, but it might be do-able cost wise. How about that for an idea?

I guess its ok with me, but I think we still need to get more players anyway. Once we get to 11, I think it is possible to play without the 2nd part.
