The forum is mainly used to notify a broker of your intent to request an airplane. Most brokers, in this stage of the game, prefer if you ask them before requesting. The actual request should be done in-game.
What exactly do you mean with requesting from a/c-market?

But seems it is not fair...If u sell the a/c to me cheaper, then u will suffer money lost....will you unhappy?

No, I'm an official broker so I get a 15% discount when I order planes destined for sale.

Purchase (order from the a/c manufacturer)
Advantage
After a defined time you will receive your aircraft.
Disadvantage
You need to pay the whole price for an aircraft in advance.

Request (order from another airline or broker)
Advantages
You just pay a part (about 30%) in advance and the rest upon delivery.
When ordering from a broker you MAY receive a discount so you will pay less than purchasing from the manufacturer.
Disadvantage
Depending on the mark-up you are willing to pay and on the money the brokers/other airlines spend on brokerage deals it may take a long time until your request is being accepted.
