Hi there. I created PW #2966 earlier this week but seem to be unable to use the in-game forum. When I click on the 'New forum posts' link, it gives me this message:

Table 'airlinem_airlinemogul.zworld0_message_board' doesn't exist

Any idea why this is happening?

There's one hour left before the world goes live so I thought I'd give you a quick update. A few airlines have now joined which is great and there are still plenty of space left for others to join too!

The current airlines are:

Does that mean no more airline reports? :(

I'm afraid so yes.  :'( I have decided to not start over from scratch again in that world but instead will now just join another world where hopefully people are treated more fairly. I will be back with more reports, but this time with a new airline in a new world.  :)

Thanks for your feedback guys. I know there is nothing to do about it but I just think it would've been a decent thing to explain why this happened. Now, 24 hours later, I still have not heard a single word from the world owner - bad taste. I will have a look at your world Thunderstruck.  :)

Bugs / Unable to redeem purchased tokens
« on: January 03, 2015, 10:05:33 am »
I just purchased 100 tokens (€10) but I am now unable to redeem the tokens when I enter the transaction code. I get the following error message:

"Sorry, but there is currently no Transaction with that ID on file that needs to have its tokens redeemed."

My player ID is 26532 and I have the PayPal email as proof of purchase. Would you be able to help me with this problem please? Thanks!

I'm absolutely livid writing this message. I play in PW#2912 as China Airways (as some of you may have seen my visual airline reports here) and all was going well up to now. I was one of the top 3 airlines and had a number of aircraft on order. This morning I logged in and I have been randomly reset back to nothing! All my routes are closed, aircraft is gone and everything I have worked on so far is totally lost!

I contacted the world owner but he has not responded so not sure if he was the one who did the reset but I have noticed that both the airlines based in China (another and myself) were reset. Not to raise suspicion but we were both in the top 3 airlines of the world and another airline (the owner of this world's airline) started operations in Beijing where we were already really strong - is it just me or does this sound a bit dodgy and did he purposely reset both me and the other guy so he can 'take over' in China? Or can this by some sort of chance be a technical game glitch/error?

As you can imagine I am furious! I have been playing AM for nearly 5 years now and never has this happened to me before. I am fuming especially since I was doing so well and really enjoyed doing the airline reports. If this guy did reset me maliciously, does this not go against the game ethics and behaviour of players towards others? Not a happy lad right now and I hope someone at AM will be able to provide me with some answers and/or feedback on this situation.

Greetings from Rome and Copenhagen - China Airways' latest long-haul destinations

Beijing, People's Republic of China - 20 May 2002: Today China Airways, the flag carrier of the People's Republic of China, is proud to unveil the latest additions to its European destinations: Rome and Copenhagen. Frequented by visitors from all over the world; both Rome, the capital city of Italy, and Copenhagen, the capital city of Denmark, plays an integral part in the European travel and tourism eco-system enabling China Airways to enter a virtually untapped market. A world first, the flights from Beijing to Italy and Denmark will truly enable 'East meets West', introducing brand new travel opportunities, cultural experiences and enhance economical relationships between these countries.

The Colosseum in Rome, one of city's most popular tourist attractions.

History, human genius and the hot midday sun have conspired to make Rome one of the world’s most seductive and thrilling cities. A trip to Rome is as much about lapping up the lifestyle as it is gorging on art and historic sights and there’s no better way of getting into the local spirit of things than by eating and drinking well. Food and wine are central to Roman social life and the hundreds of pizzerias, trattorias, restaurants and gelaterie that crowd the city centre do as much business catering to locals as to tourists and out-of-towners. But there’s more to Rome than history, fine art and great food. Rome is Italy’s capital and largest city, and while history reverberates all around, modern life is lived to the full - something passengers on China Airways will now be able to experience with the daily flight to Rome from Beijing.

The colourful city of Copenhagen.

One of the coolest, most cosmopolitan, most exciting and most wonderful cities in Scandinavia, Copenhagen in Denmark was an easy and natural choice for China Airways. These days the Danish capital is blossoming. There is a spring in its step borne from a mixture of some brave new architecture, continued prosperity and a burgeoning confidence in its own charms. There are more cafés and restaurants than ever and, more importantly, the locals are learning how to use them. Copenhagen hailed as one of the 'most liveable cities in the world', is clean, safe and ridiculously easy to get to know with something new and exhilirating waiting around every corner.

The two new routes are served by "Empress Wu", a brand new Boeing 777-200ER named after the only female monarch of China who ruled the empire for over half a century. The new aircraft welcomes 440 passengers onboard with the airline's standard long-haul cabin layout of 10 Seats in Qin Dynasty (First class), 30 Seats in Tang Dynasty (Business class) and 400 seats in Ming Dynasty (Economy class). For improved, more efficient in-flight service, "Empress Wu" is equipped with an advanced cabin management system. Linked to a computerised control console, the cabin management system assists the cabin crew with many tasks and allows the airline to provide new services for passengers, including a digital sound system comparable to the most state-of-the-art home stereo or disc players.

China Airways' European division now offers daily flights to Denmark, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Russia and Switzerland with more coming soon. The airline also recently added additional routes from Hong Kong to various destinations in Thailand and Malaysia as part of its Asian route expansion strategy. Currently China Airways handles 60% of all air traffic at Beijing Capital International Airport, 78% of all air traffic at its second base at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and 80% of all air traffic from it's third base, Hong Kong International Airport. Thanks Zach!

For the first time since I started playing AM 4 years ago, I am going to try and do it with an all Boeing fleet in this world. It’s a nice challenge to set yourself and it forces you to explore the capabilities of aircraft you are not so familiar with. So far its going well! Do you play in any worlds at the moment?

Hong Kong International Airport unveiled as third China Airways hub

Hong Kong - 20 February 2002: City of skyscrapers, ancient traditions and heavenly cuisine, Hong Kong located on the southern coast of China, was unveiled today as China Airways' third hub in Asia. As one of the world's leading international financial centres with a thriving tourism industry, Hong Kong was chosen as a focus city and region as part of the China Airways' strategic development and expansion plans for 2002.

Hong Kong, home to China Airways' third hub

Known as the "Pearl of the Orient", Hong Kong is a vibrant metropolis where East meets West and ancient meets modern. The junk boats of Aberdeen harbour contrast dramatically with the luxurious harbour front hotels. The jostle of Nathan Road whose stores are laden with high tech consumer goods are at odds with the island of Lantau where Buddhist monks have eschewed all possessions. Full of energy and excitement, Hong Kong is a dining and gourmet paradise with over 11,000 restaurants and there is plenty to do for families too with Hong Kong Disneyland and Ocean Park. Hong Kong has one of the finest city skylines in the world and a stroll around the Avenue of Stars is the ideal way to get an uninterrupted view. Lovely by day, the latter becomes absolutely stunning by night with a spectacular sound and light show that involves 20 buildings of the Hong Kong skyline.

The newly built China Airways Terminal opened its doors today with 24 routes to various destinations in China, Myanmar, Japan and Vietnam including two daily international long-haul routes to Australia and Europe. The flights to China, Myanmar, Japan and Vietnam are all serviced by brand new short haul Boeing aircraft. Onboard passengers can take full advantage of the airline's world class service while relaxing and enjoying the latest air travel amenities and comfortable seating.

Sydney in Australia, one of China Airways' latest long haul destinations.

Sydney, the state capital of New South Wales in Australia and Stockholm, the capital of Sweden and the most populous city in Scandinavia are both serviced by the airline's latest aquisition to its long haul fleet, a Boeing 777-200ER. Named "Princess Pan" after the wife of Emperor Zhenzong of Song in imperial China's Song Dynasty, the aircraft takes to the sky in the latest outfitting to provide passengers with maximum comfort and a luxurious experience. Features include:

  • 10 Seats in Qin Dynasty (First class), 30 Seats in Tang Dynasty (Business class) and 400 seats in Ming Dynasty (Economy class)
  • A wider cabin with open sight lines providing unmatched space
  • Dynamic LED coloured cabin lighting to create unique ambiance during various phases of flight
  • Larger cabin personal stowage for each passenger

Currently China Airways is actively engaging with Boeing to order new aircraft to be deployed on routes from Hong Kong, Beijing and Guangzhou. China Airways now offers more than 70,000 daily passengers over 200 daily flights to 133 destinations across Asia, Europe and Australia. The airline is fast becoming a favourite and a household name across the globe. For more information on China Airways, please visit
