My best guess with your limited information is that the planes don't serve either airport of the routes you are trying to create.

So there are actual limitations as you can't have the same plane doing two routes, departing from different bases without having them connected somehow?

Correct. There is no way to teleport the plane over :wink:

Good to know, Didn't know this game had that feature.

Please list what routes you're trying to do.

They are Jeddah - King Abdulaziz Intern to Dhahran-King Abdul Aziz Intl

And Tel Aviv-Ben Gurion Airport to Dhahran-King Abdul Aziz Intl

What happened to the tool where you could search for gates within an specified range of an airport? It was there before... but gone now..

That is supposed to be a premium feature which you would have to pay to use. We accidentally released that and it is now locked again.

How long until we see premium account features?

I don't really understand this...

I'll try to create a route, I have one here that is 1003 miles long and there is a plane I can use it for with 10 hours available.

I have another that I look at with 763 miles on it, but it shows no planes available even though the one that shows on the 1003 route is still available.

Edit: I also have a plane with 18 and 11 hours, which doen't show up under either route. (These are all Curtis CW-20s so it's not like they have different speeds/ranges)

I will agree that I didn't see these problems last round. I never had anyone do a $1 route and multiple frequencies but I've gotten it multiple times this time.

Just deal with it and move to another route. Or match their price and stay. They're trying to get people to leave the route or they're just being jerks.

I would have started at a different base. I'm slowly recovering and build up is slow.

I hardly have any .5s and I only have ONE .5 per plane.

I hope they figure out a good way to get rid of having multiple .5s on the same plane that aren't base to city to base jumps. or long haul routes where you can only do .5s

What was the formula for the price to create a new base at an airport?

I've forgotten what they cost since last round other than I remember having a couple incidents where I bought 4 gates only to not be able to afford to make a new base.

the Mid East and African market suck total balls...

the airport sizes in N. America and Europe are 3 to 4 times that in the Mid East

and therefore people in the N. America and Europe have a DOP which is 3 to 4 times greater and they're running away with the game

It's wasn't bad last round with modern planes but the slow planes, low range, and low capacity really hurts the people in the mid east this round

@pepperjack, assuming you are pepperjack air

try to fly more often to airports near your base in dubai. there is an excellent market in pakistan at the coast, possibly also some in southern russia.
the old planes are slow, dont force them over range when you have not explored closer markets.

Thanks. Just seems most of my short routes I'm competing with a lot of people. Like 5 to 7 with people doing multiple frequencies. One route has 19 frequencies total. I just looked in Asian and there might be some short routes I can kick in there. I'm going to start working on getting longer range planes as I think I have all/most of the routes within 1000 miles.

When I do Dubai International Airport to Karachi - Jinnah Int´l Airport it gives me 0nm.

The same thing happens when doing Dubai International Airport to Karachi -Quaid-e-Azam and Victoria Falls.
