Nederlandse Antillen (155)
This country will cease to excist at October 10th 2010.
Two islands (Curacau and Sint Maarten) will become countries like Aruba.
The other islands will become special counties within the country of the Netherlands.
The split-up will look like this in AM.

* Officially there will be no provence of Nederlandse Antillen, the left over Islands will be counties not assigned to any provence. Hence the term special counties. In order to keep it understandable for foreigners, I named the group Nederlandse Antillen instead of Speciale Gemeenten.
** The last c is a c with a tail (cedilla), but I couldn`t find it on my keyboard.
