I love how the DC-3 is riding the 747's wing!

So in the end, what nets more money?  Which is more profitable?  A multifrequency or a single frequency?

Love the last picture at the end, CHR!  Can we get a description of each plane?

I know what everyone's talking about.  I'm gone for two days and 25 of my routes are now in the low 40% from an airline running +6 frequencies and dropping fare to less than $50.

My question is what is more gamey/exploitive?  Is running many 1 frequency routes exploiting the engine or is running higher frequency routes exploitive?  Or is neither exploitive?  And if that's the case, Fitch is right.  I'll just have to deal with it, or focus on my other world instead.  Because setting back 20+ routes to a profitable status is not in my idea of fun.

Bugs / Re: "Create Route" Slow down

I'm not sure if it's just me but the whole site seems to have "phases". It'd be really quick one minute and then a minuet later it'll lag and keep loading pages forever.

Yes I have experienced that as well.  At first I thought it was due to the number of users on at any one time but even if all 18,000 are on at once it should be able to handle it (not knowing the server set yup, of course).  I believe it has something to do with the game itself.

So long as you have a positive DOC, just wait.  Max out your initial Potez with as many single frequency routes as you can.  Fly to airports with the highest number of passengers that are closest to you to maximize your profit and play with your fare to balance your load factor and profit.

So in order for a new public world to be created, allof the current public worlds must meet those above conditions?

And didn't I read somewhere that the system has a propensity to create a Full World if there are none currently running?

Can anyone recommend a good combat flight simulator that was made within the past four years with modern jets?  Haven't played a combat sim since Jetfighter III  :o.

Howdy.  Are you operating out of Dublin?  We don't take kindly to your kind here!

Hah hah just kidding.  Welcome aboard!  Make sure you read the game guide and pay attention to the threads on the forums.

Quick question kinda off topic: I've never had two bases before, but will soon be opening one.  If I want to fly routes out of my new base, will those planes also be available to fly out of my original base?

For instance, if Plane 1 flys out of Airport B to Airport C on a 1 frequency flight, would it then be able to fly from Airport A to Airport D, providing it still has enough hours?

I have noticed huge differences between when I log on at 1130-1230 PST and when I log on later on in the day.  My orginal post was wrong, the slow downs generally stop around 1300.  Does the end of game month slow down the game as the servers have to do a bunch of math computations?

And when I say slow downs I mean ultra-slow page loads of up to one minute.  I doubt that it's too many users logged onto the game, it might be related to end of month.  It occurs in both Public World 350 and Private World 366.  And since seafly4fun has noticed the same slow downs at the same time, I at least know it isn't me.

I've been playing Airline Mogul off and on for about a year, and I just started back again.  I do most of my playing between 1130 and 2000 Pacific Standard Time.  I notice that between about 1130 and 1400 the website is incredibly slow, taking up to a minute to load a single page.  I know it's not my internet, so the issue must lie with the website.  The purpose of the poll is to get a feel as to where most of the AM players are and how it affects website loads during my play time.  The other question in my mind is, if this is actually a low-traffic period for the website, is maintenance and updating being performed?

I appologize for the rather large blocks of areas for which you can vote, but I'm going for time zone here really.
