Looks like an AHRLAC made in South Africa! :) I've never thought that some country in Africa would ever build a plane.

Correct!

I've never thought that some country in Africa would ever build a plane.

The South Africans have mastered the technique of building 1st class aircraft long ago. They were set back in 1994 though, but the white population has begun starting private companies instead of state owned companies, so they are catching up again.

No, Be-6 is big and two-engined... Where can you see anything like that?

Beriev Be-4?

No, this one was more succeful than Be-4. Around 700 were built for Aeroflot and Soviet army.

Cute plane

Some say that it's one of the most beautiful soviet planes, second to Tu-154. I don't think so :)

Well, I don't want to argue on the best-looking aircraft :)

Grigorovich?

Nice idea. It's second to...

Shavrov Sh-2?

That makes me think of the Tupolev 104, but I'm quite sure it isn't
