To those who have experienced it, which is better, the MD11 or the Boeing 777-200?

Neither.

Both are too large and too expensive for reasonable usage in the game.

Agreed, the largest plane I use is a 767-300, even that is hard to make a lot of money with.

The only reason I use the big planes is for fun, there isn't much more to buy when you have billions lying around. If I had to choose, I usually go for the 777, because I like to have a common fleet, and buy the -200LR and -300 later on, those aircraft having extra range and extra seats.

Agreed, but it's fun having massive long haul fleets with flights to everywhere. I always go with the 777s because they are my favourite long haul AC

The best for me is the A310-200 with PW JT9D-7R4E1. With only a fuel burn of 1262, a speed of 484 and a range of 4300++, the best!!!

I ordered 20 777-300ERs in W10 just because I had some spare money, and my LHR base needs big LH planes...

777-200ER i think will be the most reasonable long haul plane. The 777-300 is abit oversized.... and the 747? Forget bout it, unless ur living in lala land.

I bought 5 747s (400ER) for fun. The 777-300 can carry more passengers and uses less fuel, but when you have enough money to waste it on these large aircraft, it doesn't really matter!
