Changing Passenger Data

I was wondering if there is an effort to update outdated airport passenger data. Also, is passenger data for all years the same. Or do the number of passengers at a given airport change for different game years?

We have two staff members who's responsibility it is to update passenger data as it is available. People also post passenger data on the data forum, provided there is a reliable source (Not Wikipedia!) we will update the data.

reason being is that any twit around the world can change the pax. Its so open for the public to do as they please. Even if that means ruining the data

I was doing an Airport search, in the USA in world 9.

I checked ORD to "Marshall Don Hunter" listed in the north america section, it showed it north of Australia??? 3000 miles away? is this right or a bug?

The distance is correct, so the coor in the db is correct.

The IATA code used for GCM is MDM and according to GCM, that IATA code is for Munduku, Papua-New Guinea. As a result, the map is not correctly displayed.

Really? According to my hearsay data I was told 440 for the A343 and 375 for the A333-but maybe it changed yet again....it really should be about 375 for both.

Sometimes, the same fuelage may hold different number of pax because we are talking about max pax one could squeeze in, not the typical pax one would "comfortably" have. Certain certification issues may have created a little difference in max pax.

Like the Real Spirit Airlines A321's now offically hold 218 Passengers, a lot more then Airbus states as norm.

So, back to the previous question, do airports change as the years go by in the game or is it one size fits all.
