I need some serious suggestions on how to make it look better. BTW, I have 3 admin. My decision is to add another at 16 members. (4*4=16)

I would classify Israel as "relatively" easy as well. After all you could have been up against teams like France, the Netherlands or Germany!

I do have a ratio setup: 16 users=3 mods/4 admin/8 normal

I'm at 9 members. You can calculate it out :wink:
