Well, what is it?
It's in the Aircraft List, what does it do? When do we get it?

It was a christmas present. We gave it out once for christmas. It is a sleigh that carries cargo only, which is not implemented in the game. It has something that is 0 (either hour, or speed... can't remember) to prevent it from moving. In short, it is a Christmas decoration

Not anytime soon. No one is going to hunt for data of cargo plane in the foreseeable future.

I think it will be very good if we start gathering certain aircraft cargo data. This will a) speed up the process a tad bit and  b) it will reduce work load

If it provides aircraft data, yes.
