It's part of the game. People can do that. It is not against the rules.

But you can send him a friendly in-game message asking him if he would use his plane on other routes. I doubt this will help but you may want to try it.

My problem is not people dumping routes but the amount of airlines competing which is annoying as my Total LF is not around about 75% and I can't be bothered to edit routes as They will go back within the hour

I was just experimenting with how to maximize my DOP.  Fear not, I have found a better option!  

I do however love that people complain that this game isn't realistic enough, but then complain when somebody offers more than once daily flights...  Especially when the route is completely unrealistic to begin with!!!

Yeah, like LHR-LGW in a jet. The flight's like 20 miles. I doubt a jet can even safely make that flight.

And more importantly why somebody would take the time to check in, go through security, etc when they could take a taxi or train and do it in a tenth the time!  Don't get me wrong, it's a loophole in the game which I'm happy to take advantage of.  I'm just not going to pretend this game is exactly like the real world.  Our hosts have done an amazing job of making this game complex and take into account a large number of variables, but it simply could never be perfect.  If we were basing this on reality we would be THRILLED with 80% Load Factors...

I might just quit and come back when private worlds comes along. Liquidate my fleet, return all my gates, broker planes once in a while. And then when we have private worlds, set one up. Would anyone like to join me in said private world? I'll be generous.
