Any flight simulator should work with 32 Mb video card(you may need to lower settings a little), even
Microsoft Flight Simulator X supposedly works with it.

Once you have found a flight simulator, search the web for instructions on how to repaint for that specific simulator, I think it varies. Usually there will be a file which has a flat version of the outside of the plane. This can be edited like a normal picture (you may need to download something to convert the files).
Like I said before, when you have found a flight simulator, look on the internet for instructions on how to repaint planes for it.
