i went to broker request and bought something there. am i now selling the plane? its on my aircraft list and it brought my value up

You have to wait 24 hours (or more depending on the aircraft type) then the guy gets 3 days to buy the plane.

If they don't take the plane, they don't get back their down payment and YOU get the aircraft at 70% of value.  It's really a great deal.  I do it all the time.  It's easy money.

I always require a +3% markup or else I won't take it.
