[NOT A BUG] B99 problem

I have a B99 sitting here with 11 hours, and yet I can't put it on 240nm route with 1.0 frequency. What's wrong?

is it's existing routes connected to either of the two cities?  If you have the plane flying from X-Y for 13 hours, it cannot fly A-B no matter how close they are, simply because the two routes don't connect in any way.

Oops I'm trying to fly it from Washington Dulles, and it is currently flying in Europe (alliance bases). I didn't actually know of that 'rule' though. Thanks.
