Leasing is one of the next systems we plan on fleshing out more. And it is unlikely that paid cancellations will come in before the system isn't expanded as a whole. It's my hope that when it moves up the list high enough to be a priority, leasing will be fleshed out to include a better range of variety in the leasing contracts, such as wet leases, dry leases, lease to own, freely cancel-able leases (like we have now), fees to cancel leases (either fixed or customizable...).
But. at the moment multiworlds über alles in terms of large reforms. When multiworlds hits, i hope to stop thinking of things in terms of "ages" and "rounds".
