Well talk about progress. Last night I flew an Irish domestic flight, complete disaster... Two stalls and a dodgy NDB DME approach followed by dumping the plane onto the runway pretty much writing off the main undercarriage. :D Tonight, textbook flight and landing.  8)

That's some 2600ft of runway... The biggest thing I have in my FS fleet is (I know, it's horrible) an A380...

That's not gonna work.

I have tried taking off with an ERJ on a 3500ft runway and I very, very nearly made it. But if there had been real people in that house, I would have been sued.

the people in that house wouldn't have sued you, unless dead people could somehow sue other dead people.

I just slightly clipped the roof. Nothing too major, although had I done that in a more advanced simulation, there would have been a part of my landing gear in someones garden

You guys should try an approach at LOWI (takeoff in Vienna) - real weather conditions enabled. Use ATC to guide you. And dont take a small Cessna  The first time I tried I thought: "Who the hell is sitting in the tower giving me such advice?"
