Hiya,

Can't find this anywhere (and the Wiki is down) so thought I'd ask here:

When the game "age" ends on Dec 24, 1959, what happens to us?  Is the game completely reset to 0? If so, do we get to pick new home bases? If not, what carries over to the next age?

Thanks,
David

Everything back to nil. Your account is the only thing you carry to the next round.

Yes, everything is reset.  Seriously, the game becomes rather pointless towards the end as airlines end up becoming too big by 1952.

Ok, I think I get it now :P .
The actual game runs from 1950 to 2009, but every 10 years game time, everyone's account is reset? Will this mean we can change continent? Also, will our starting aircraft change? Sounds like a good idea for people that start later, but it might make it harder for us airlines with smaller markets to get onto the big stuff!

Correct, yes, & yes.
(If you request, we could give you a Ford Model T, which is our starting.. em.. "vehicle" in 1910, instead of whatever starter we use  )

 , Nice.
Can I ask what aircraft we will have for each year, or do we have to wait and see?

Really? And you are not bigger than most will be by 1959, already?

rankings will hopefully be snagged this time, and properly documented.  no guarantees.  Rankings will continue to be available between ages, but a permanent record of any meaningful type will likely not appear until multiworlds is completed, as at present all the important tables holding the data are recycled.
