Slots missing.

I have two gates at Toronto.  I'm only using 18 slots out of those two gates, I'm not sure where the other 2 went.

Also, it seems that frequencies take up slots on the destination airport.  I have a flight with 3 frequencies and it's taking up 3 slots on the arrival airport.  Same with another flight that has 1.5 freqency taking up 2 slots.  I'm not sure if this is normal or not.

one-ways (and combination one-way/round trip) frequencies, also known as the .5's, round up to use a full slot.

Every slot is the equivalent of 1 frequency, so a route that does 10 frequency takes 10 slots (at each end) to create.  a route that does 1.5 frequencies takes 2 slots at each end, a route that does .5 takes one slot at each end.

Rather than start a new thread about the same issue, I will enter my issue into here.

I am playing in Private World #798 (Airline ID: 29329) with a hub at HND.  I have 50 flights scheduled (which the game properly recognizes), but it is requiring 51 slots to operate them.  My Tokyo-Izumo flight, which I have set at a frequency of 1, seems to be requiring 2 slots on each end - my single gate at Izumo shows that it is 20% utilized despite the single flight.  It doesn't hurt me at the Izumo end, but it is currently forcing me to rent an entire additional gate at HND since I need 6 gates for 51 slots as opposed to 5 gates for the 50 slots I should need.
