When you login, the game would ask you to choose a base. Choose one, and you would be given 2 gates free from that airport.

So, barring any glaring major bugs, this reset is now for real?

Yes. We only reset again to make sure everyone had a fair chance and a good enjoyable game.

I wonder if we all know it is a test, why not have fully test???
No DOP, can prove the calculations without errors, unsure what happens
an unfair test seems nothing and meaningless

I had the same problem when I first logged in. The drop down did not pull up and I had to buy gates to set a base. Since I'm MSY based that was 150K :-(

hmm... bug? or did you skip it somehow after you clicked login?
To anyone else experiencing the same problem: log back out without doing anything, then log in again. As long as you don't have any gate, the game would keep probing you to set a base. If that still doesn't work, post under bugs.

I have answered you same question in another thread exactly 1 hour and 1 minute before you posted that same question here. I would believe that it is reasonable to ask you to read the responses to threads you have asked questions in. And I do think 1 hour is quite enough time for you to read that post.

We have read your answer, however we do not agree with your points and think if any problems happen, you will be blamed this time HAHA

Yea. Go blame me if you want. Everyone is either blaming me, mocking me, or complaining about me anyway. Blame me more so I have a reason to resign.
