I'm up for it, but I am only 15, you can make a decision wether age rule matters, if it isn't I would be able to do it.

The age requirement is there so that people demonstrate some sort of responsibility/maturity, the whole issue of male/female doesn't help in this department but you are showing dedication as a VATSIM controller. I will allow you to apply but preference will be given to those filling the age requirement, however if I see that you are a suitably mature cadidate you can still get the job.

I don't think that the age limit is required, but perhaps a vetting time for those under 16? I, although I would love to do this, don't have any time because of rowing and theatre comitments, and that I am currently 1/2 way through building a 787 for FS2004, which I want to be complete before the first flight!

Its a question of maturity and being able to professionally seek information in a polite and respectful manner. Those over the age of 16 and even 18-21 I would prefer as they would have knowledge of formal ways of communicating, referencing etc. It was not until I started in college that I was told how to reference information and to abide by rules of referencing and this is what I want to ensure.
