Hello,

I have a little problem while researching routes in the worlds I play in. Everythime I try to view the drop down table, it shows that it's loading then doesn't show anything.

If anyone could help would be much appreciated...

Hi Gids,

It might be that you are in a world that doesn't have all continents. Try selecting a continent you are flying to, that should work.
If that is not the problem, please let us know and we will take a look into it

Hi,

Just want to make sure... after you have selected a continent, and the airport box changed to "loading...". After that, does it change to anything or is it blank?
I am sure you know if it switch back to "select an airport", simply click on the box to see the list. Is that showing up?

Also, what browser are you using?

Hello,

I have selected a continent for both arrive and depart, it loads and I am able to select an airport for both arrive and depart and i click on research. The page reloads and shows me all available aircraft capable of flying between the two airports. But as soon as I try to click on one to see the stats, it just shows loading real quick and stays blank. Doesn't give me any kind of information.

I have tried this on both Google Chrome and IE (different versions as well)

Sorry, I was thinking of the drop-down boxes where you select airports. I'm also having the bug you are mentioning

I did make some changes recently to research route, but I am not encountering any issues. Can you give me some examples of what world, and what routes you are researching?

I switched to IE and now I see the issue. I use Chrome Version 23 where it was working fine.

I have resolved the problem. In order to make sure it behaves correctly you have to force a refresh on the research route page in your browser. You can do this by holding down CTRL and pressing the F5 key. After the page refreshes everything should be back to normal.
